Actually this is not true. Here is a direct quote from the Support section:

Really? Geeez... Yeah, the thing about my pixel art is that I make them so they
can be used in signatures that can be no bigger than 500x500.
What about my pencil/sharpie stuff, though? I could always re-scan them for a
bigger size if I don't have the originals saved on my computer.. ^-^*
I heard that by submitting pictures, your level goes up faster and I'm in
desperate need of a level 10 status. There's no way I could do wallpaper and my
image collection is pretty minimal. But! I do have a couple crappy MS Paint
drawings and some colored pencil sketches I might be able to submit to the
Doujinshi section. I'll post a couple here and can you guys tell me if you think
they're worth submitting and what kind of thing is suitable for that gallery(as
well as what isn't)?

references of some sort for everything I do.

asking for opinions on whether or not to submit them and what generally is and
isn't taken, but photobucket was down so I had to to wait for it to go back up
and in the meantime my boyfriend closed the window I'd typed this big, long post

Hell, I still sound like that at times. But.. As I'm suer you've already
guessed, it's.. complicated. *lol*
I've heard a billion and one different theories about what's going on throughout
most of the movie, but the general consensus seems to be that yes, in a way,
Dessert was subliminally manipulating people into killing themselves.
And apparently, in Japan, peer pressure is.. like.. WAY extreme, which explains
the high school kids.
But as for the true die-hard Dessert fans, I'm sure they must've either figured
out the message in the poster (s-u-i-c-i-d-e) like the guy's (the one who jumped
from a building and landed on his girlfriend) girlfriend (Mitsuko), went to the
concert place, had their skin removed and added to the chain and then killed
themselves (unlike Mitsuko), or they just did what seemed to be the latest
trend.. Suicide. I hope that made sense, but I doubt it. *lol*
I also kinda liked the "Darwinism" theory of how the kids wanted
people who didn't have a connection to themselves to kill themselves (kinda
killing off the "weakest").
It's all.. very confusing and I've never been good at explaining stuff like
this. *lol* Either way, it was a kick ass movie, in my opinion.

I don't have (Read: "dont' know how to use") anything more advanced
than MS Paint so making wallpapers is kinda out of the question for me. I guess

Uhhh.. The Naruto "anime" should most certainly NOT be associated with the crap they showed on Toonami. The REAL anime (uncut and subbed) is awesome.
